Refund & Returns Policy

TOOLS PLUG & TECH GH wants customers to receive their orders in good condition and as described.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where useful, photographs or other evidence so we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

2. Returns

Products approved for return should generally be unused and returned in their original condition, with their original packaging, accessories and other supplied items where applicable.

Certain products may not be eligible for return because of their condition, use, customisation or other legitimate restrictions.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be made through the original payment method where practical.

The time for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

4. Return Costs

Where a return is required because we supplied an incorrect, damaged or defective product, we will determine the appropriate handling of reasonable return costs.

For other eligible returns, return delivery costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
